John Kelly is the proud owner and general director of a boutique Kinder and Primary school in Mexico City, at the forefront of educational innovation. In addition to his role in the school, he also works as a Metaverse and VR consultant, collaborating with schools and educational companies worldwide. Colegio Ikigai has earned the distinction of being recognized as the first school in Mexico to embrace the Metaverse, and our teaching methodology draws inspiration from the Phenomenon Based Learning principles pioneered in Finland.

Bret Staudt Willet is an Assistant Professor of Instructional Systems & Learning Technologies at Florida State University and the Educational Research Catalyst for the FSU Innovation Hub. He also leads the Research & Exploration of Context-Aware Self-Teaching (RECAST) group. His research investigates self-directed learning. He is fascinated by how people figure things out on their own, especially what happens when students, learners, and trainees finish formal instruction, preparation, and training. network analysis, and natural language processing.

Jennifer Cotter Otenio

Jennifer Otieno is the co-founder and CEO of EdTech East Africa, a community for East African edtech innovators and enablers (funders, researchers, policy makers, digital infrastructure providers and more). Jennifer is also the Kenya Co-Lead for the EdTech Hub, a global research collaborative that empowers decision makers to generate and use evidence on the effective, inclusive use of EdTech to improve teaching and learning. Now based in Nairobi, Kenya, Jennifer has over 20 years of experience working with innovative education and skilling organizations around the world.

 

OLUWADAMILOLA OJO is a multi-award winning Education Technology Leader, she is the Executive Director of TCKZone, a non-profit organization scaling technology education to young children in underserved communities.

Throughout her career, Oluwadamilola has received numerous accolades and awards for her contributions to education, technology, and social impact initiatives. Which includes being a UK Global Talent, United Nations WSA Global Champion, Mastercard Women SME Leader, Standard Chartered WITI award winner amongst others.

As a PhD student in Instructional Systems and Learning Technologies at Florida State University, he is dedicated to advancing education through innovative technology. Damilare's work focuses on leveraging digital solutions, including AI-driven tools, immersive technologies, and games to enhance learning outcomes, particularly for underserved communities.
